Just south of Tuscon AZ you can find the Pima Air & Space Museum. For airplane buffs this is a great place to check out. They have over 275 air and spacecraft. Four hangers house aircraft and displays with lots of history. This is a great place to take the kids to teach them about the history of airplanes.
You can walk the entire grounds of the museum to look upclose at the planes. A bus is also availible to take you around and explain each of the planes.
We had a great time. If you or your kids like airplanes the museum is worth checking out.
When we went adults were $15.50, children 7-12 $9.00, kids under 6 free.
